About the Role

Monis is committed to creating 100% stress-free office supply for remote workers to rent. As Procurement Manager, you will drive product sourcing and supply chain development — from market research and supplier negotiation to manufacturing coordination and import/export management.

Key Responsibilities

✓Market research for manufacturers and suppliers
✓Supplier negotiation for pricing, terms, and conditions
✓Cross-functional collaboration on specifications and timelines
✓Manufacturing coordination including production and shipment
✓Import/export process management with customs clearance
✓Relationship management with suppliers

Requirements

•Product sourcing experience, preferably in China
•Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
•Familiarity with office furniture sourcing (monitors, chairs, desks)
•Negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings
•Import/export and customs documentation expertise
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•Communication and interpersonal skills
•English fluency (additional languages valued)
