About the Role
Monis is committed to creating 100% stress-free office supply for remote workers to rent. As Procurement Manager, you will drive product sourcing and supply chain development — from market research and supplier negotiation to manufacturing coordination and import/export management.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Market research for manufacturers and suppliers
- ✓Supplier negotiation for pricing, terms, and conditions
- ✓Cross-functional collaboration on specifications and timelines
- ✓Manufacturing coordination including production and shipment
- ✓Import/export process management with customs clearance
- ✓Relationship management with suppliers
Requirements
- •Product sourcing experience, preferably in China
- •Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- •Familiarity with office furniture sourcing (monitors, chairs, desks)
- •Negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings
- •Import/export and customs documentation expertise
- •Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- •Communication and interpersonal skills
- •English fluency (additional languages valued)
